🙏 The Invisible Hand of God: Five Moments That Strengthened My Faith

Looking back over my life, I can see countless moments when God’s presence was unmistakable — though I often didn’t recognize it right away.

In business decisions, family challenges, and personal trials, He was there: guiding, redirecting, and teaching me to trust His will instead of my own. These five stories represent times when God broke through the ordinary to reveal something eternal — His purpose, His provision, and His faithfulness.

1. Saving a Family from Ruin: An Encounter with God’s Guidance

Years ago, as a corporate executive, I approved a life insurance case that others advised me to reject. Months later, I watched a presentation about a grieving family whose father had died only two days after purchasing his policy — and realized it was the very case I had approved.

In that moment, I felt the Holy Spirit move in me. God had used a simple business decision to bless a family and to remind me that His purposes can work through us, even in the workplace.

Lesson: When we listen to God’s quiet promptings, He uses our obedience to accomplish far more than we can imagine.

2. Epiphany in India: Witnessing the Miracle of Life

During a trip to India, I was invited into an operating room to witness open-heart surgery. Standing within arm’s reach of a beating human heart, I was overwhelmed by awe — not for science, but for the God who gives life and breath.

I left that room deeply moved, knowing that no human intellect could ever replicate such divine design.

Lesson: When we truly see the works of His hands, we cannot help but worship the Creator behind them.

3. Better Is a Poor Man: A Childhood Lesson in Integrity

As a child, I learned early that character matters more than convenience. My father — a man of humble means and unwavering faith — showed me that doing the right thing is an act of worship in itself.

That biblical truth, echoed in Proverbs 19:1 (“Better the poor whose walk is blameless than a fool whose lips are perverse”), became the cornerstone of my moral and spiritual foundation.

Lesson: God blesses those who walk in integrity; He honors righteousness over recognition.

4. When God Says Wait: A Family Formed by Faith and Miracles

There were years when I prayed earnestly for family blessings that seemed slow to come. But God’s timing, as always, was perfect. Through adoption and unexpected miracles, He built our family in ways that far exceeded anything I could have planned.

What I once saw as delay was divine preparation — shaping our hearts to receive His gifts with gratitude.

Lesson: God’s “wait” is never “no.” It’s often “not yet, because I’m working something better.”

5. Sacred Ties: A Reunion of Souls

After decades apart, I reconnected with someone who had once played a pivotal role in my life. The reunion came at a moment of prayerful uncertainty and brought peace that could only come from God.

In that encounter, I felt His hand weaving relationships together again for His purpose — a reminder that God never wastes connection or timing.

Lesson: What God joins, time cannot sever. He reunites souls for His glory and our growth.

Closing Reflection

As I reflect on these stories, I am reminded of Romans 8:28 — “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.”

Each of these moments revealed the truth of that promise. God was present in every decision, every delay, every unexpected meeting. Even when I couldn’t see His hand, His grace was guiding me.

“Faith isn’t about seeing the whole path; it’s about trusting the One who lights each step.”

If these stories speak to your heart, I invite you to explore more of my reflections on faith and leadership.

May you be encouraged to look for God’s fingerprints in your own life — they’re there, even in the smallest things.
